Hi is anyone else having problems logging onto the Littlewoods catalogue website? I keep getting an error message when I try to log onto my account to order some summer stuff. :mad:

So it's not jus tme then LOL
I've had trouble since Thursday.
When i phoned them the guy said the Web team are aware of the problem and it will be fixed within the next 24 hours, I've tried logging on everyday since then and i still cant access my account.
I even tried about 30 mins ago without any luck.
Have you managed to get into your account yet?

I have been trying all weekend with no luck as well. I emailed Littlewoods and got the same answer as you that they were aware of problem but it still seems to be broken! I suppose I will just have to phone them with my order but its a real pain.:mad:

I have had same problem for over a week, I've got a sneeky feeling they might be changing some of their 'online policy wording'.....as they've had so many complaints and now they are trying to cover themselves!?

Does anybody know if they have to 'date' any changes in policy??

have you tried clearing out your internet cache? Just google it for whatever browser you use.

I spoke with the techie dept this morning as i still cant access the account, they are aware there is a problem with the site but it is only with selected accounts.
Hopefully be sorted soon.
