Hi, yes, this happened to me a couple of days ago and the goods remained in my shopping basket. I did email them a couple of times but have assumed that the order didn't go through and placed it again. If you order again, I would recommend you email them detailing exactly what happened, the time you tried to place your order and, if it did register, for them to not process it or take the money from your card. There would seem to be a problem with their site, glad it wasn't just me!I ordered they took my card details and let me register etc...it even connected up to the bank for authorisation yet I havent had any email stating that I have registered OR placed an order...anyone else had this problem?0 -
Thank you, you lovely people, you! Have ordered some items just for me (and about time too) and paid only £26.59, as opposed to £51.60, and received 500 points into the bargain!
Cheers, BirdyIt's wouldn't have not wouldn't of, shouldn't have not shouldn't of and couldn't have not couldn't of. Geddit?0 -

The lowest I could get it and get all codes to work was £45.70, points codes were accepted and show in my account, but not on my email. (though fingers crossed they should show in 6 weeks time )EmmaLouiseStar wrote: »how much do you need to spend for the codes to work x0 -

I was having a look at some of the summer things and was gonna place an order but i am not sure what size i would be so if i order two sizes in swimwear, suit and bikini tops and bottoms how would refund work if i used the codes? and took back the 1 of each item that didnt fit.
Ideally would prefer to try on first.....would the F and F range be stocked instore? It doesnt say online exclusive so does this mean it would be in the shop too? As i could try it on instore and know what size i want...
Managed to do my first order the other day and got an email to say it is despatched. Yay :j

i asked about this in store taday as i put my 1st order thru using codes etc and was worried about fitting, the sa on customer services told me that on the back of my invoice would be an explanation of how to return and that the items would be marked with icons either a star or a diamond meaning which ones could be returned instore ( stores that sell clothes that is) and ones that had to go back in the postwishuponastar wrote: »I was having a look at some of the summer things and was gonna place an order but i am not sure what size i would be so if i order two sizes in swimwear, suit and bikini tops and bottoms how would refund work if i used the codes? and took back the 1 of each item that didnt fit.
