It is a phone call. They told me themselves when I had the same notice. X
  • I had same thing from Halifax and they did send someone round to the house, guys asked to come in so he could ring them and get them to talk to me, I said 'no;, so he left a card, said he would mark it as no answer..really nothing to worry about

I am in credit card arrears with the halifax, 4 months without a payment, and just received a notice from retail bank collections in a "payslip" format, ie. not an envelope but perforated edges. And it said this:
"Our representative will be calling your home on 8th April. Phone this number if its inconvenient...." That's all it said.
Does this mean a phone call or a house visit?
    Could it be bailiffs?
    What should I expect?
