Hello can anyone help?
We bought our daughter a 4th generation Ipod 18 months ago, it has frozen and I can't restore the ipod, since it is just out of the 12 month guarantee, does anyone know if this is an inherent problem and how I can go about a replacement, I can't believe they are only supposed to have a life span this short.

Thanks, yes, we have reset the ipod several times, but it then freezes again and removes the majority of songs my daughter has put on it.0
