They WOULD have told you the dates of both flying out and returning. EVEN if they didn't tell you it wasn't for 10 nights. They have not breached anything whatsoever as THEY always stipulate the flight details of BOTH outward and inward journeys. Nice try though :cool:0

And here's a bit from Virgin's website which formally explains what I said earlier...The standard international practice is to let rooms from midday to midday. However, times do vary. Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check-out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure. Therefore, if you check-in immediately after a night flight this would normally count as 1 night's accommodation.0

He either wasnt listening when told the dates, he isnt happy he isnt getting a 10 night holiday or his wife has told him to cancel as its too expensive0
