Would you like to see a picture of a scarf I am knitting"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Oh dear! Knitting infiltrators:rotfl::rotfl:::rotfl:! My mum did loads of knitting and always said that it is very relaxing. I knew someone back in Bulgaria who was going through divorce (a guy) and he took knitting up.
But Gilli is right - I can't sit down for long enough to knit. Strangely I can sit down and write for 10 hours straight - quality not guaranteed.
We are just back from a Halloween party - it was nice for DS3 and we saw our friends. Oh, and today I cycled to the office (don't ask) for the first time after the operation. The leg hurts a bit but it is going to get stronger. Saved £3 and cycled 9 miles.
Taka care guys and speak tomorrow.

TMIF, let me get over the baking:rotfl:. Who knows I may knit one day; never thought I'll be baking either.

All this knitting talk scared me, I think. Well, not really! I have just been very busy. Yesterday, I was sitting here with my to-do list (a short one with two core things and couple of others a la Tim Ferris) and suddenly I had this urge to join a blogging challenge. So, I have done it - jumped in the deep end, bit the bullet, whatever...
It turned out that my blog is not doing too badly in the Alexa rankings. So I have started working towards pushing it up and will be among the top 200,000 before we know it. Watch this space.
Now bed and tomorrow is another day.

Today I did my mindmap for this month - November activities and achievements. Last month have not done too badly.
I figure it is worth the effort - by doing this I have a link between where I wish to be in five years time and where I am now; backwards. Even completing half of the ambitious programme for the month takes me further than if this is not done.
Now back to writing a paper - a short one - for a very, very uppety science journal (I am social scientist, remember).

Rhanks, KC - in more ways that you know:rotfl:. It is just that I am very impatient person.
Oh...and no KNITTING. no GARDENING - one should draw the line somewhere and this is my line. These will be the skills I'll have to swap - wonder what for...
