Hi All,
I popped into my Estate Agents and noticed he was using a particular software to give me all the different mortgage rates, does anyone know what it is called and how I can obtain it?
It would make life so much easier.

Probably something like Trigold.
not something you can get, but you could use a comparison site instead.0 -
Our advisors use Trigold, it seems to be the best.My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say

it varies.... some of our clients use software provided to them by the banks themselves, there as already mentioned Trigold but I have also seen a program called Mortgage Brain....
these programs are not something that you can get unless you are within the business...0 -

If the estate agent was from a large chain the software was almost certainly Mortgage Brain. If you email helpdesk[EMAIL="helpdesk@mortgage-brain.co.uk"]@mortgage-brain.co.uk[/EMAIL] they can give you access to mortgage brokers who use the software to power their websites.0
