Hi,
We are finally going in to sign contracts on monday.
What happens next? We are hoping to complete and exchange on the same day whenever that will be.
When does this usually could happen?

Thanks.

thanks,
but that doesnt really answer my questions. i know what the processes are but how long does it usually take from signing contracts to exchanging/completing from ppl's experiences?
Cheers0 -
Could be up to a month as some solicitors like to complete it all at the end of the month so you only need to pay one mortgage payment.
Best ask the solicitor in question when you see them on Monday as each has their own way of doing things.0 -
