From your location you appear to be in New York. I'm not sure that there are many people here able to advise in detail on US bank charges.

Yeah I am, thank you for that. I always forget that I am on a UK forum, stupid me.

But I've asked around about it so, thank you.

The Misrepresentation of charges in my honest opinion is a dead duck in the water. If you want to reclaim bank charges I would read Martin's Guide for doing so.

Can I ask you what argument you would use for Misrepresentation of charges?

The US have some great stuff and in fact in the US you get the option to OPT OUT of overdraft services and not get charged if you attempt to use your card in shops.
Pity UK has a crap regulator otherwise we might have a decent system in the UK.
