credit report info not updated

I wrote to Amex to query default on my acc. The usual letter asking for proofs of everything.

However, it's been nearly a month and have heard nothing from them. What do i do now?

I did nt send the post by recorded delivery so that could be a problem. Although, knowing Amex, they probably chose to ignore it

if you have a copy of the letter, then ring the customer services, and ask for an exact address, or simply make the query on the fone..
