Can anyone give me any rough quotes for this work please

Hi
We are moving house within the next few weeks (hopefully) but we know what worlk we want done on the house can anyone help us so we can budget our money a bit
Render the top half (all the way round ) of a 3 bed semi
replaster the ceilings of 3 rooms and replaster the hall,landing living room kitchen and untility room .
downlights to be fitted to kitcher/diner,utilty and bathroom.
refit a new bathroom and retile
put up a stud wall to seperate living room and dining room
fit a new gas fire (think the one in there is a back boiler one)
any quotes people have had or costs they have had would be helpful I know it all depends on the area to be replastered etc but just a general guide would help

How big are the rooms you want replastered?
What type of bathroom are you after? Loo, shower, sink, bidet, bath? What area needs tiling?
