Hi Guys

Need some help please. I have just set up x box live and have seen a option to remove my card details it said to log onto xbox accounts to remove it. I have loaded up the page and I have typed in my dob and it is asking for a gametag name I ahve input this as the one on the xbox it is showing my email address but when I accept it is saying wrong dob and game tag taken. I have set this up for my son with parental controls does this make any difference? I have typed in his dob and his gametag but keep getting the same screen also how do I set up headphones I ahve connected them in to the conroller turned them on but not gettin any sound :beer:

When you log in to xbox.com, the gamertag associated with the e-mail is displayed to the top right just under the 'marketplace' link.

Don't have any parental settings myself, but it'll need to be your DOB as the account is essentially yours.

Just for future info, buying Xbox Live or points is cheaper on the internet. Just ask and we can direct you to reputable sites.

when you say headphones you mean the xbox headset(the 1 supplied with the xbox) right, to test the headphones work get your son to invite one of his friends to a game and see if the 2 can communicate

Thanks Guys spoke to xbox support today did not know I have a gametag attached to myself xbox did not ask m to create one. The support line os pants got cut off 3 times!!
