Ooops - what have I done?

I posted earlier today about C/D partitions - as a result I've moved my "User" file from C to D drive - but now I've lost the internet explorer and windows explorer links from toolbar and can't access troubleshooter (facebook won't open) - my laptop is new and running windows 7.
Any ideas how to get back it's functionality?
