Seller No Longer Registered

I purchased something off Ebay over a month ago and have never received the goods I have emailed the seller but got no response. I started a dispute through PayPal and have now escalated it further, but the seller has now stopped trading. Does anyone know if i will get my money back or will I have lost it now ?

You've got a chance as you paid with paypal.
How much are we talking?
Do you know why the seller was kicked off?
How much feedback did he have?
Did you have buyer protection?
Did you fund the PP payment with a credit card?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Did you pay with the paypal account backed up by your credit card? If so contact your card issuer and ask for a chargeback.
Proceed with the dispute with Paypal and if the seller doesnt respond to your dispute then you should be awarded a refund - however if their paypal account is empty then they may struggle.
