I use it, no problems as far as I know.

Don't know where you were looking but from the Pirform website:

What operating systems does CCleaner support?

CCleaner is fully tested and compatible with all the latest Windows OSs.
This includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of:
    • Windows 7
    • Windows Vista
    • Windows XP
Additionally we're backwards compatible with older OSs:
    • Windows 2000
    • Windows ME
    • Windows 98
For advanced and business users, we also support:
    • Windows Server 2008 R2
    • Windows Server 2008
    • Windows Server 2003
    • Windows 2000 Server
We currently don't produce versions for Mac, Linux or portable devices.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

The link doesn't say it isn't compatible with Win 7, it simply doesn't say it has been tested with Win 7 (which doesn't mean it wont work)
What operating systems does CCleaner work with?

Fully tried and tested with Windows 98/NT4/ME/2000/XP/2003/Vista.

It's now fully compatible with 64-bit versions of XP and Vista.

There are no Mac or Linux versions.

It runs fine on my 32 bit system with ultimate.
