Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/2894/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

Ten someone can offer more advise on what to do next.
Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm WELSH. .

After youve posted the hijack log please run combofix as youve had trojans ~

    Please run COMBOFIX
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

if you are still having problems then i would suggest you go to PC world ask the techie guys at the desk for their help, they are very good and know what they are talking about. I personally wouldnt advise downloading things that you think might help, i once did that and it didnt help.

another idea that might be a pain but may be your only solution is to get your pc/laptop back to its original factory settings, that should get rid of any viruses. (techie guys at pc world might advise this)

did you do back ups on your pc/laptop?

I bought an external hard drive which you can connect to your pc/laptop, i try to back up at least once every 2 weeks or so, then you wont lose anything.

    hope this is helpful!
