try the techie board.........someone will help thing there is a thread on this somewhere and some users will even make pics for you, the techie term is 'avatar'

Not sure now is a good time anyway.....suspect they've temporarily turned off the avatars (or little pictures to you). Even if you do set one up, it won't show until they turn things back on again.
