double glazing, mould, and guarantees

Hi
I had Double Glazing and Doors installed throughout my house in June 2006 by Safestyle. I have no problems with the actual windows, although the front door is pretty drafty.
The house was built in 1986. I have a big issue with black mould around the window seals and the frames upstairs.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of it? Washing with bleach only allows it to return a few weeks later. It is both in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms (although not above the window above a radiator).
Obviously iproved ventilation would help. Does Safestyle have any responsibility?
many thanks

ventilation.
Someone's recommended a particular bleach spray in the past but I can't remember which and I suspect you just need lots of bleach and then lots of air.
You might need to consider a heat exchange fan vent.0 -
Dettox mould and mildew remover is very good, however nothing will permanemntly eradicate the mould when there is still condensation damp which is invariably a lifestyle issue. The property needs to be aired daily year round, if not use a dehumidifier as each adult produces an average six pints of water per day. It's not Safestyle's responsibility to police a resident's lifestyle!!Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
