in Credit cards
Hot on the heals of cartel client review and others I have seen this firm mentioning some 'loophole' to cancel credit card debt.
http://www.thedebtloophole.com/index.htm
They mention £10 cheques going to each creditor which makes me think it has something to do with making a particular request under the DPA.
Any ideas on whether it would actually work? Obviously if you do get all your credit card debt cancelled I'd imagine you would struggle to get credit again.... Also being slightly twisted in the mind department I wonder if you could pay by credit card for the upfront fee and have that written off at the same time
Morally if you borrow money you should pay it back but seeing as the banking industry has had billions of our money I'm not so sure I shouldn't get my debts written off as they seem to have had theirs written off

No MOJ registration is quite a big thing to miss off. Hmm.0
