Seems quite a good deal to me, what do you lot reckon?
Not as cheap as a dell inspiron laptop but think this is higher spec, apart from the screen size.

£499

The idea of a laptop is portability a 12" screen is a huge upgrade on a laptop when you compair it to a 14" or 15". more compact and as a result it should be lighter in weight usually the smaller a laptop the more expensive 15" laptops are usually the cheaper option as they dont ned to cram all the bits inside so less minitureisation.
as for if its a good deal, im not sure the specs are reasonable but I have no experiance of targa laptops0 -
shows as 1800mhz and £700 on my PC was £9990
