Part-time extra money jobs?

I did look into doing baloon decorations and such, I have done the arches and centre pieces for my MIL's 50th. The course is £90 to get qualified at level one and my long term aim is to have my own business i.e. shop, selling cakes, cake supplied, cards & invitations, balloon decorating, favours, bouncy castle hire etc etc

My jobs secure under march 2007 so we want the debt gone and when I qualify as a level 3 cake decorating in 3 years I'd like to look at getting the shop!

You could look into selling products that relate to your cake decorating or courses so you've already got some potential customers/party venues.

So if you do cakes for kids birthdays then Usborne books or a kids toy catalogue could work. For wedding cakes then cosmetics and skin care would go together. Sorry I don't know what type of cakes you do so this might not be relevant to you.
