Fake Oust?

I bought an OUST airfreshner from Wilkos yesterday and i got the shock of my life when i got home and sprayed it and it reeked of rotten fish. What can i do? What a nasty, awful surprise!!!!

    What can you do? Take it back to the shop and get a refund, I'd think....

    I think that it's highly unlikely that Wilkinsons would sell fake Oust air freshener. If this had been posted yesterday I would have assumed that it was an April fool :cool:

    Are you sure the fragrance wasn't 'Rotten Fish'?
    Maybe you picked that fragrance by mistake instead of vanilla or lavender.

    You can either do as other posters have said and take it back to the store or send whoever makes oust a email saying about this problem,
    they may ask for you to send it back or for product numbers/serial codes ect and will probably send you a voucher for a replacement spray.
