Sally, I downloaded a sleep cycle app to my ipod last night. You put it in bed with you...:rotfl: and it tells you your sleep pattern (and wakes you up at the optimum moment) - I was awake for ages wondering when it would twig I was awake and wake me up....!

Interesting sleep pattern, I hardly reached a deep sleep at all and I am wondering if that is cos OH was home (and its like sleeping with an octopus!)

Could a few people help me with my mum's birthday present? I can't pick a spa package - which one sounds nicest from here... http://www.stmichaelshotel.co.uk/spa/pamper.php (from the Spa Day list, cost doesn't matter, we have a £200 budget). Thanks :)

That app doesn't work correctly if you sleep with someone else/an animal. It detects movement to know whe you are in 'deep sleep' etc etc so if its picking up two people's movements if won't give an accurate reading/diagnosis... Sorry :(

There's an app for everything isn't there!
I slept really well last night, woke a couple of times but resisted looking to see what the time was and fell back to sleep :D B came in at 7:30 and have only been out of bed for an hour whoops :o

SRM, I would be packing my bags, telling OH that he can make his own tea/coffee over easter and jet off to somewhere hot...I'll come with you :)

Exactly SRM. You could go with a friend. I really really fancy Istanbul (unfortunately have never met you - a minor problem. I can pack my bag really really quickly!)
