    There are many free downloadable programs that range from doing the basic stuff up to some in depth editing.

    download software PS, that won't take you too much time

  • The one I know of is Pixlr (I can't post links as I'm new so you'll have to Google it...sorry!)

    but like others have said, just download Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw...with both you can get a free 30 day trial and as far as I'm aware the trial versions are full versions and not restricted in any way.

    gimp for windows is free and and is similar to PS.
    a very poweful free program.
    Get some gorm.

    If it's online photo editing you're looking for, then photoshop.com is indeed the place to go.
