Hi.
Quick questions: I bank with HBOS, and over the years have racked up a few charges.
I'm also recovering from severe depression - I believe that the one is related to the other.
I'm probably being a bit thick here - what steps can I take to try an get some of this money back? Could someone zap me a link of the steps I can take?
