Haven't been able to use this at all since it started. It alwway says you can only spin once a day

I think there is some sort of glitch. I have written to the company. I have tried in FF and IE, and still the same message.

edited to add: it's only a great comp if it's working properly. Something is wrong with the programme if many are winning every day and others can't even spin. Not that I begrudge anyone; just miffed I can't spin.
