I don't remember having "ticked" the items I've won........but there is a tick box to "remove" the item.............could you have ticked that? Did you get an email confirming your order?

I only saw this comp last night, (Thanks Helen) it wouldnt load. at first. Then, guess what guess what "We're sorry, you can only spin once a day. Come back again tomorrow for another chance to WIN", I've never had a spin?

Thanks OP, I just won a skin buff:TI have a basic bank account with an eletron card that I keep a very low balance in and use only for internet purchases (I do buy a lot of stuff online though from all over the world), it might be an idea to set up one of these accounts if anyone is worried:) I liked the site and felt it was legit but I still used my internet only card:)

This comp is brilliant I have won 2 SOS Moisturisers and 1 Face Mask so far. Just to say again if anyone had not read my post from 2 days ago I have ordered from this site in 2008 for some Elemis products they had my debit card details from my order I made then. They have never took any money out apart from the actual items I purchased. Also to confirm on the free delivery when you go through checkout for your comp wins you get a confirmation e-mail that clearly states free p&p.

It does that to me for 2 days on firefox. So this morning I used IE and typing in www.timetospa.co.uk and then found the spinner

I used the same numbers on my card, then changed the last 4, went through perfect :rotfl:

This is a great competition - thanks OP, But I haven't managed to claim a prize yet:

I won an SOS cream yesterday and again this morning but each time that I click on "go to checkout" It shows my basket as being empty It's so infuriating as I LOVE Elemis products. (I have bought from this sight before - it is definately legit!) Does anybody know what I might be doing wrong?
