Where to get Engineered Wood Floor <£30pm2

You know the deal, I'm shopping around trying to find decent quality engineered wooden flooring for the smallest price!! Ideally less than £30pm2, or even less than £25pm2
I notice that most companies do a wide range of finishes and to be honest I don't have a precise idea until I get samples- I'd like it to be mid-toned, wide planked.
I hope you can point me in the direction of some good suppliers

Not quite what you are asking for but Costco currently has on offer on solid oak flooring - just under £30 for 1.2m sq0
