want to increase wifi coverage...access points?? relays??

I would really wire up if you're getting the place rewired anyway - you're then pretty future proof in terms of networking and it allows you the flexibility of being able to place access points for wifi coverage as well as having the more reliable wired option for things that need it.
I would love to have my place wired for networking, wireless networks just don't cut it for HD media streaming! Homeplugs aren't even an option for me because of the way my electrics are wired, so even that route isn't guaranteed for everyone.0 -
brilliant thanks everyone, am going to wire up most rooms with a powerfull router in the loft.
anyone have any experience of home automation? I'm interested in the whole heating, lighting, music centrally controlled.
