We are hoping to put in an offer on a 3 bed terrace that needs quite a bit of work, and we're trying to work out what all the searches, surveys etc etc are going to cost us in order to budget.
Which sort of survey do I need to ask for and also how do I find out which companies do them??

Level of survey required depends on the age and condition of the property, a new build with NHBC guarantee may not need as much inspection as a period property. Have you read through the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) website to understand what is included at each level? You can either use the lender's surveyor or ask for recommendations from friends, neighbours, relatives or colleagues. There should be a list of local surveyors on the RICS website if you are still stuck.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
