Paypal Credit Card £20 voucher

HiI received an email from paypal saying the below. If i get the paypal credit card and buy a trainers in store for £35 would Paypal credit the £20. Would that be in the form of credit (like amazon mastercard giving £15 credit) or would it be vouchers to spend online stores that use paypal????

Seeing as it says voucher.. I'd say it was in voucher form.. Vouchers that can be used on PayPal.0
