http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_forms.asp
Read that.
Although you would need some sort of sending (PHP).0 -

I have managed to go to the website and copy and paste the code, but because my hosting company and template don't have anywhere to switch off html, it shows it as code to the customer if you see what I mean.
I don't know how to make it so the customer can view it as a proper form0 -
I have the perfect script go to : http://gordonmac.com/downloads/?type=scripts
Download then extract the 3 files
open the index.php file using notepad or ur preferred program edit the following to your details
// Your email address
$youremail = 'gordon@w-orx.com';
// Your web site title (John Doe's Site)
$websitetitle = 'Yoursite dot com';
// Path to "thanks for the message" page
$thankyoupage = 'thankyou.php';
// Send notification to sender (use false if not required)
$sendnotification = true;
Most webhosting companies should have mail servers included so this shouldn't be an issue if you have professional hosting.0 -
