Anyone know what a CDR-DMC Payment is?

Hi there, I don't know if anyone could help my sister and I here;
About a year ago, my sister went on a DMP with Baines & Ernst and she is currently paying them £195 to cover a Lloyds TSB loan & overdraft and a few other bits and pieces.
Since December last year, she has suddenly started receiving payments into her Lloyds bank account once a month at the end of the month. There are 2 payments, one for £5 and one for £31 but we have no idea what they are for. She is a full time mature student and mother of one who is in nursery but we are 99% sure that these payments are nothing to do with any benefits she receives (student loan, child benefit, tax credits).
The payments both show up on her statement as CDR-DMC PAYMENTS but this means nothing to either of us.
The bank are not too helpful as she keeps ending up in the Indian call centre and either she cannot understand the rep on the other end of the phone or they cannot understand her so she gives up.
She cannot get into a bank branch for a couple of weeks as she is full time at Uni until the middle of this month so we were wondering if anyone on here would know what they were for?
Any clues please anyone?? :think:

Write a letter to Customer services if she can't phone.
Could it be a part refund because she might have paid one of the creditors back?
Has she contacted Baines & Ernst to see if it is them?0 -
Thanks Jones. I suspect it is something to do with Baines & Ernst to be honest. I keep thinking that the DMC bit might be "Debt Management Company" and maybe CDR is Customer Debt Recovery but maybe that's just my brain.
I'll tell her to contact everyone again on Tuesday and see what happens.

It is from Baines and Ernest - contact them if in doubt!
