I sent a subject access request to citi financial but had no response. :mad: can anyone confirm the correct address. i sent it to Citi Financial

I sent it recorded delivery and post office confirmed it had been delivered.

Good luck with this, the address does look familiar, hopefully it is the correct one, if not they will or should pass on to the main dept for you anyway, so keep a check on the timescales.

Thanx di3004 the 8 weeks are up on 20th april should i write back to them with a letter of no compliance or take it to fos after deadline passes cheers Helen

Hi there

I would see what happens by the 8 weeks, and if you hear nothing you can of course move on to the FOS, or a few days before give them a ring for an update, they should be able to confirm at what stage they are at.
