I bought some CX300 headphones last year from Amazon. the headphones have broken and both earpieces are now not working. It comes whit a 2 year guarantee, so I emailed Amazon asking about the guarantee. They sent me a message saying usually they would just send a replacement but as I have changed my address details since then they can't do this. Instead they send just send the product back and they will give me a full refund including postage.
I never have any problems with Amazon and their customer service is excellent. :T
