Just to point out AGAIN that this is for 16 to 19 year old bikers. The legal limit for bikes is 1.0mm and not 1.6mm like on cars, so for all the grabbing monkeys that don't need them, shame on you. This was a safety campaign aimed at a specific group of people (ie young adults) and I assume would be hoping to reduce deaths on bikes due to inadequate tyres. Congratulations if you applied for one and don't ride a bike, congratulations if you are not in the targetted age range - just hope you have the dignity to return it!0
