In my case I want an integrated one in my new kitchen (being fitted in the next couple of weeks) and my gas hob is being changed for electric. I'm fed up with cleaning the gas one.

If you want £$£$ lots of pics & e-bay.

If you just want rid - & to feel 'good' inside http://www.uk.freecycle.org/ & safe a lot of hassle. Lots pics & description for this helps, too.

it would have to be very special to get any money. used kitchen units are just scrap mostly.
    as is most modern furniture.
    better to freecycle it.

In 1993 we extended and completely refitted our kitchen.

We got about a hundred quid for the old but good condition units via an ad in the local paper.

We were £100 quid better off and someone else has done all the hard work and we didn’t have to pay anything for the disposal.

These days Ebay is probably a good place to advertise.

Even if you only get 99p, that is better than paying someone several hundred pounds to remove and dispose of them.

Don’t let just anyone smash up the kitchen and damage the structure. Vet your buyer carefully and supervise the work. Most people should take care because they want the units in as good condition as possible.

My old kitchen has been re-fitted in the garage. Gives loads of tidy looking space and the worktop comes in very handy.

Yup, did the same myself, but freecyle thing as mentioned could be a good way of doing someone a favour and getting them to take away your rubbish at the sametime, just insist they take the lot, junk 1st, ;)
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
