    Follow browntoas advice

    Also ~
Use the MCAFEE REMOVAL TOOL (Simply uninstalling leaves bits running)
    http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507

    then ~

    reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/2894/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

may have been a false positive , not a real infection. To be on the safe side change all your passwords and keep a very close eye on credit card transactions/banking

I'd be very surprised if Hijack This found nothing it should provide full details of what is running on your PC. It doesn't just identify threats. There may well be other items running on your system that the trojan has left behind that will be otherwise hidden to the untrained eye. It would be well worth your posting the log. Others convinced their systems were clean have been very surprised to find that they were not and you have indications that you have/had an infection anyway.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

You need to decide what security you want on it

Id recommend removing Zonealarm 'Forcefield' and STOPzilla

Let me know how you wish to proceed then we can continue

Zonealarm firewall and zonealarm forcefield are 2 different programs (Same vendor). Ia sked you to remove FORCEFIELD, not the firewall. MSe doesnt come with a firewall, but theres nothing wrong with microsofts inbuilt one unless you need full control

    Stopzilla ~
