how To Go About Claiming Refund From Dodgy Company?

Hi.

My Son paid £1000 hoping to become a HGV license holder. The company he is doing this with goes by the name of LGV Direct 12-16 Tiller Road Docklands Business Centre London E14 8PX

He has spoke to them several times and still he has not received traing dates. After reading so much bad publicly about them. People being ripped off and not getting appointments, people requesting refunds and not receiving money, letters not being answered!

Can my son still claim his full refund?

Apart from writing first, if ignored what are the next steps

I have googled this company i have to say i have never come across a company with so much bad reviews.
