Ticket booth online rugby tickets-please help!!!!!

Hi hope you can help me.
Back in jan i bought a ticket for the heineken cup final in paris from ticket booth via paypal.
I moved house in feb and changed my address on paypal no problems.
I contacted the online ticket sales as my information on paypal showed it would be sent to my previous address, so i explained the situation-no reply.
I emailed several times over-no reply-tried calling the number given fot the business on paypal-incorrect number!!!
I have eventually after 20 emails got na reply (very nasty snobby and unhelpful) stating "we shall deliever the ticket to the paypal addres as stated in the orginal order!!!"

when i emailed back i got another unhelpful email saying they can abide to laws or they can help me the choice is mine!!!!!

When i have asked for their vat number and hmr revenues business number they state they dont have one-isnt this against the law to be trading as a business?

Hope you can help me further thanks!!!

Could you ask the new people in you old place for the tickets?

The problem with PayPal for sellers is that if the buyer raises a dispute, they have to prove delivery to the original address.

Why not invest a few pounds in having your mail re-directed by Royal Mail ?

Maybe Neil, but when you find yourself in a panic about something sensible thoughts don't always spring to mind. That's why we are all here to help in times of crisis.

Neil-i did direct my mail, i have however been living in my new address for 2 months so that has now stopped and they apparantly dont send out the tickets until 1-3 weeks before a game. I just spoke to the "owner" of the website and he is been very unhelpful. I cant take it with paypal as its over 45 days since i bought the ticket!!!! even tho i wont rec timm early may at the earliest!!!!

The website is not registered as a business and they dont hae a vat number even!!!

Get your seat numbers, report your tickets lost or stolen with the venue, arrange for another to be collected at the stadium
It's taken me years of experience to get this cynical
