final warning after redundancy ???

feb
16 i was suspended from work on due to an incadent
23 i put in for redundancy following a company disiplinery hearing.

march
15 informed by phone of outcome,formal written warning
17 confirmed i had got v.r.
19 made redundant.
26 got formal notice of written warning

surely i could appeal about the out come as just recieved written conformation on the 26th ???

can it be put on my record,after been made redundant ??

    Nothng wrong with that timeline on the face of it. You should certainly be offered the right of appeal after any formal disciplinary sanction. As it stands, it will be put on your record and can be referred to in any references.
