Hi Guys!
Just a quickie - I bought my house back in August 09 and I've noticed there's still no update on the land registry list I get emailed from mouseprice once a month. Should I be concerned about this or is it nothing to worry about?
Cheers!

I had the same problem in the end i just paid 4 pound and got the report myself from the land registry, some
times it just takes a bit of time, but to ease your worries i would just pay the 4 pound.
Some sales never show up on the land registry, we biught our house in october and its just showing now.

Thank for your reply.
Can I just ask, what would I pay £4 for? and pay it to who?0 -
the four pound goes to the land registry and they will give you copy of your house and the registered owners, anyone can do it, and this is where the land regisrty take their figures from and the likes of mouseprice get there prices from, have you tried here these were the first ones who had our house price on...

Didn't your solicitor send you a copy of the updated registry entries a month or two after your purchase was completed?RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0 -

The link you need is in the post above yours! Click it and pay £4 with a credit card. You'll instantly find out who owns your house! If it's not you, start asking your solicitor some searching questions.0
