Egg: fee or no fee?

Mrs H's Egg anniversary is August so she secure messaged Egg last month just to check if there would be a BT fee which they said there would be (uncapped), as we expected, so no BT here.

In the snail mail today she received a flyer saying it is her anniversary month and that there will be no fee applied. Do we do the transfer and lick up a stink if they do charge a fee as we have it in writing from them that no fee will be applied?

Any ideas?

Thanks

NeilH

I'd do the bt, but make sure that she keeps the flyer as proof, just in case they do charge it.

I would check with Egg first...I always feel tired to deal with bank or credit card companies....just not worth it...
