Help needed - Additional money taken from my account via online bookmaker

I apologise if this is posted in the wrong place and ask that I am moved to the correct place if needed.

(basically it seems an addional username has been set up using my card details and money withdrawn into the betting account).

I would suggest speaking to your bank to see if you can dispute the transaction. However, I'd make sure no one with access to your computer or card details has done these transactions, otherwise you'll have some egg on your face. Also, maybe you could try to speak to the betting company to see if they can provide anymore information about the username that was used, maybe even IP addresses/ log-in & log-out times.

Thankfully nobody has access to my computer or card and I have already spoken to my bank who cancelled my card, I also called the card discrepency number as advised by my bank who informed me the payments were made to Paddy Power. I have since contacted them who informed me of an account and username with them using my card. I am now contacting them again, explaining this matter in full.
