Has anyone recieved the wrong tag books?
I ordered 'Cat in th4e hat' x 2 and got 'Ozzie and Mack' x2.
Rang and they said they would send correct x2.
Just arrived and they are both the 'Ozzie and Mack' ones again ????
They say that even though the order and invoice both say 'Cat in the hat' because they are out of stock they are sending out 'Ozzie and Mack' and not telling anyone!!!
Can anyone tell me the bar code on box for 'Cat in the hat' please?

Got Ozzie and Mack as well. Called CS but no joy really, will be calling back soon. CS suggested it was a problem with the supplier. Will update if get further info.

I also got ozzie and mack, emailed them yesterday and they have credited my account with £5.

They have told me twice that it is their fault, the wrong bar codes have been stuck on wrong products.
I complained that they are still advertising 'Cat in the hat' online today with the wrong bar code, meaning other people ordering are going to get the Ozzie one.
Said I'd repot to trading standards so they refunded and said keep the products!
Still want Cat in the hat though

I ordered cat in the hat which I picked up instore today.

Also ordered Dora book and had that delivered to me yet when it came was not a tag book but a leapfrog alphabet game!! Looked good but too young foe my kids so took it back and got refund

I only just realised after reading pp that i also received the ozzie and mack book instead of the cat in the hat! Lol! Anyways just checked their site and the green tag pen set is in stock so just brought that and the Little Mermaid tag book for £16 something! I used the 10% off code which is still working! Should of been £42! My neice will be very happy, thanks again to the OP. :T

I also got this instead of the dora books but I didnt want to take it back because I used the codes and have ended up worse off when returning products in the past so I deceided just to keep it as a pressie for someone else.
Also I ordered last week but quidco still not tracked anyone else got this problem:(
