I can get the 10% code to work, but not the £5 off, and I have tried on various accounts. Any idea what I'm doing wrong anyone please?

The £5.00 discount is meant for childrenswear, it worked on the tag learnign systems and books as it was glitchy but M&S have spotted it and corrected it. The 10% is still really good as it takes the percent of the total before discount.

Was wondering what the likeliness of an order being moved forward to despatching soon today is? The order I placed for the books has been despatched but the order for the tag reader hasn't moved, is anyone elses order the same?

If you go into view order section, there is a box that says 'cancel item?' usually once this box is no longer showing as an available option your order is due to change status. HTH

My order being delivered to store has been split into 2, the one book they have separated is now showing out of stock on the site so I hope that part isn't cancelled as m&s are known for canceling items that are on delay. Both say due on 12th delivery but I'm wary as to why this item is being spilt from the main order. I'll keep my fingers crossed I guess

Just a little concerned as my order should be collected on the 8th but hasn't moved to despatching soon. I tried to cancel an extra item on the order incase that was holding it up and I keep getting unable to process your request. I hope I don't end up with just the books and no tag reader that would be a bit of a pain!

I may have put the wrong details in my last post...I think its if the gift option box disappears, this means the order is being prepared.

I have just changed my order, I have now opted for selected delivery date instead of store delivery to get it sooner, rather pay the fiver than miss out, after the alcohol glitch at xmas m&s are peculiar with their deliveries and I too don't want just the books to be fulfilled with no unit for them to work with. Now my order has been split into 3 deliveries on the same date.

I have found a glitch with 2 Junior tag books, it only seems to work on these 2 particular books. Either alone or the both combined no delivery charge gets added, using the 10% code gets them down to £3.80 each :j

I don't know if it helps but these were split right from when I ordered them - my confirmation email says that the games will be in one package, whilst the Leapster console will be in another. Maybe they are just kept in different parts of the the warehouse - or maybe different warehouses - and it is easier for them to send them in different parcels. So it might not be a sign that they are not going to fulfill orders. Or am I being to optimistic? :rotfl:

I ordered on the 1st April in the evening and there is no change on order status. I can still ammend the order so not been prepared yet. It says I can expect delivery by 12th April. Am hoping it will land sooner than that though!

Are M&S usually fairly good at fulfilling orders?

My other son who's 5 already has the leapfrog tag pen with loads of books and it's fab! Highly recommend it!

I recall when the alcohol glitch was on at xmas some people had items missing, or cancelled orders. There also seemed to be no guarantee with regards to orders placed earlier than others (different warehouses for postcodes maybe??) When the body sets were on offer I had part of my 3 for 2 order delivered and a partial refund, my order was given a delivery date which got delayed once then soon after items from it were cancelled. It seemed on both occasions that once the order no longer had the tab available to change the gift options against it then those items were fulfilled. My alcohol order was delivered earlier than the estimated date so keep checking it can change at any time.
