Updating Graphics Driver? Where to begin?

    OK. Fixed. I downloaded and installed this ATI catalyst control center thing. It has ammeneded the graphics drive. It has a heavy prescense so to speak on my desktop. Its option comes up when i right click for example.

    Hope thats ok.

    Glad to hear you got it sorted, looks like the intel drivers wouldn't have worked anyway then! ;o)

    What confuses me, is the Dell support page you've linked to only has three possible video drivers - two are Intel, another is nVidia. So where did ATI come from, as what you've linked to indicates that the ATI driver is not the correct one!

    Out of interest, do the windows still 'stagger' when dragging them? I'm guessing they will, if you don't have the correct driver installed.
    Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.
