No, you put it on your facebook page

She got me a job interview and helped with the application and then I realised it was two hours away (unless I got a lift with her - she is LOVELY and I love her and her husband - but not in a wrong way iyswim)
I just hated the thought of relying on some one (even a really good friend) each day to get to work so I cancelled the interview
. It looks so bad written down.
I need to make it up to her.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

Has she said anything?
A friend would understand that it wasn't right for you and think no more of it!
I'd get her some nice flowers or chocs as a thank you and explain that although you're really grateful that she went to so much trouble, when you weighed everything up it just wasn't the right move for you

no, it would mean giving up my second job and would be a pay cut too.
I think the problem is my friends don't know bout the debt (sighs) and so have no clue why I stay at home and work at a job I mostly can't stand!
or why I have been working extra shifts (which due to main job having lots of evenings I haven't actually made any extra money)
xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

that's just it, she has barely spoke to me and I messaged her fb and her reply was ok but not quite right?
I will do the wine and chocolates thing and explain. xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
I hope she comes round and understands.
If not it makes me wonder about her motives for helping - would she spend the rest of your career reminding you that she was the one that got you the job?
