    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Hi all btw, Mum's party was a success, I made sandwiches, pasta, heated up little Indian and Chinese snack food things and a pizza, I made fairy cakes (well okay they were from a packet!) AND I used up all the left over veg to make vegetable soup * is proud* (that is for dinner tomorrow)


    Andmost importantly of all I am ON HOLIDAY. The relief is indescribable.

    It was a good evening - remembering the roots of faith but socialising at the same time if you see what I mean. Very meaningful. Shared a table with the people we have been nurturing so was lovely.
