    Well, dinner tonight is 1/2 a roast chicken, gobi aloo saag, a garlic butter baguette and a large glass of merlot......guess whos feeding himself tonight then?:rotfl:

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Evening everyone - just sat down was late in from work - OH not impressed cos he was going to cook lovely king prawns that were half price in costco yesterday - but he leaves for work at 6.15 and i got in at 5.45!!! I ate the prawns!! yum yum
    Mad day in work - the meeting went ok I think (she is still alive and I didn't have to call on the Spud and Luc hit sqaud!!) Hopefully we will be able to work together a bit better and she will stop giving my staff grieff! ( i didn't mention the affair or the naikid photos - Her boss was there and I didn't want to get her into serious trouble! Will save that for another time if she continues to upset people with it!)

    Luc - shame you have to wait til next week.

    Elfen - your outfit sounds lovely - well done on the weight loss - wish I could get motivated

    BB - I know what you mean - I once went to a chiporactor for my neck - he was a friend of my boss at the time - he asked me to strip to my underwear and walk around the room so he could assess my gait and posture - I was mortified - if my back hadn't been sore I would have run away!!!

    All this talk of wine - I have none in and can't be botherd going out - JD calling but its a bit early for the hard stuff!
